World of Hyatt has announced the details of a new double points promotion. While we may have expected a global promotion, the new promotion is valid for participating hotels across Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Overall, there are over 320 properties participating in the promotion,. Unfortunately, Mr and Mrs Smith propertied are not participating in this promotion.
Key Details
- Offer: Double Points from your second stay in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa.
- Note that the double points apply from the second stay in the promotion period (after registration)
- Travel Dates: Valid between 7 October and 20 December 2024. Your check-out date must fall within these dates.
- Registration: You must register for this promotion prior to your first stay. Registration must be made by 4 November 2024.
In addition to the need to complete one stay before the bonus kicks in, there are a few other things to keep in mind. Firstly, that first stay must be made in a participating property, even though you won’t earn any bonus for it. Secondly, you can earn a maximum of 20,000 bonus points in this promotion.
In order to calculate the bonus points, Hyatt only consider the base points, not any status bonus you may receive. In the Hyatt program, you receive 5 base points per $US spent. Under this offer, you will receive an additional 5 points per US dollar spent. Any status bonus will apply to the original 5 base points per dollar.
