Qantas and Accor Live Limitless – ALL have finally launched their long-awaited partnership. First announced in November 2020, the partnership offers eligible members the chance to earn in both programs. As a result, you can earn Qantas Points when staying in an Accor Hotel across Asia Pacific. Going the other way, you can also earn Accor ALL Reward Points when flying on Qantas services.
How it works
Earning Qantas Points on Accor stays
QFF members will be able to earn three Qantas Points per dollar on their room bookings at Accor properties in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. This will include eligible charges made to your room during the stay. For example, put a meal or a few drinks on your room, and these will also earn those three points.
The three points are offered in addition to your Accor All points, and it doesn’t matter what status you hold – you get three points per Australian Dollar.
Earn ALL Reward points on the air
In the other direction, you can now earn 2 ALL Reward points per $10 spent on booking a Qantas domestic or international flight. However, there is a bit of a catch to this. Whether you earn points, and if you do, what the earn rate is varies based on your status in the two programs.
In essence, you need to hold ALL Gold or better, or Qantas Platinum or better. The earn rates are as follows:
- ALL Gold: 1 ALL Reward point per AU$10 spent on Qantas flights.
- ALL Platinum + Diamond: 2 ALL Reward points per AU$10 spent on Qantas flights.
- Qantas Platinum + Platinum One: 2 ALL Reward points per AU$10 spent on Qantas flights.
Other Benefits
Fast Track to ALL Silver
There’s also a fast-track to Accor ALL’s Silver tier on offer. This is being made available for Qantas Frequent Flyers with Gold status or higher, or holding a Points Club or Points Club Plus membership.
ALL Silver is the first level up from the base membership level. So, while it offers some basic benefits, such as a welcome drink, don’t expect too much! Normally, you would need to stay 10 nights in a calendar year to achieve silver. However, under the fast track offer this becomes:
- one stay/night for Gold, Platinum, or Platinum One Qantas Frequent Flyers
- two stays of at least 2 nights for Qantas Points Club or Points Club Plus members
Accor ALL status works on a calendar year. If you achieve Silver this way, you will have silver for the rest of the year, and the following calendar year.
Complimentary Qantas Wine Premium membership
Going the other way, Qantas is making a Qantas Wine Premium membership available to eligible Accor ALL members. This is made available to all Qantas Gold and above members that do not already hold a premium membership. And you don’t have to do anything – just link your accounts.
