Over the years, Perth Airport have announced that there will be a hotel built on the airport estate. Things are more definite now, with news out that Perth Airport will be getting the Pullman Perth Airport hotel.
Pullman Hotels and Resorts is a brand run by Accor – the largest hotel operator in Australia. Being an Accor Hotel, this should open up new opportunities for members of Accor Live Limitless (ALL) – the Accor loyalty program.
Pullman Perth Airport
The new state-of-the-art Pullman Perth Airport is slated to open in 2027 and will feature
- 240 rooms and suites across eight floors,
- a rooftop restaurant and bar,
- lobby lounge café,
- gymnasium,
- sauna,
- meeting facilities, and
- co-working spaces.
In designing the hotel, the designers, led by DKO Architecture, will use materials and forms inspired by the landscapes of Western Australia.
In announcing the new development, Dan Sweet, Perth Airport’s Chief Property Officer said
We are delighted to be partnering with world-leading hospitality group, Accor, to deliver our first hotel.
The new Pullman Perth Airport hotel will be a world-class facility located at the front door to our major terminals. It will make it even more convenient for international and interstate visitors, providing a place to stay and relax during connections.
Pullman, along with its parent company Accor, are both well-known and respected global hospitality brands. Their expertise and experience will ensure a fantastic new accommodation offering debuts in Perth, particularly for those transiting through the airport.
Final Words
It’s often hard to explain to people that Perth Airport doesn’t really have an airport hotel. Fortunately, that is all set to change with this new development. It is also the first Pullman Hotel in the Perth area (I exclude the resort in Bunker Bay!).
It’s also good news for members of Accor Live Limitless (ALL), giving them another option in Perth.
